The year 2020 came with so many challenges and business opportunities.
Even though Covid-19 screwed up so many plans, we managed to partner up with a Serbian organization called AIESIC and bring Mariana, from Mexico, as a marketing intern.
For those who don’t know about AIESEC, it works like this:
The company opens internship positions internationally and AIESEC publishes it on their channels.
Then students/graduates apply and AIESEC is in charge of interviews after which they provide a list of candidates who passed the entry interview.
The company can choose between candidates and when that part is done, AIESEC makes sure that the chosen candidate can travel to the chosen country (visa, papers, accommodation).
Mariana was with us for 2 months and we can now say that she was the best candidate for this internship.
