As TwogNation and it’s partner companies are constantly growing, the team size and requirements to recruit exceed the “on the side approach”. We would like to welcome a fresh and ambitious candidate to help us manage all our HR needs, including that of our clients and new business verticals. The HR responsibilities will include various of our core projects, which span from gaming/esports to outstaffing models and our new educational project to be launched in 2022. You will work in various industries and with young and senior people alike.


-Manage existing company staff
-Onboarding for new incoming employees
-Recruit locally and globally for our own needs and that of our clients
-Supervise training of staff e.g. juniors
-Assist in the planning of staff structures
-Coordinate schedules, calendars, holidays
-Support career development of the staff
-Manage multiple recruiting assets, such as platforms or social media assets
-Build an efficient infrastructure within the department
-Recruit and scale the HR team based on the success
-Conduct interviews and facilitate final steps for other department heads
-Innovate new ways of recruiting and required company image/communication
-Help with visa processes for individuals joining our tech hub from abroad
-Manage relations with our recruitment and HR partners globally
