Guerrilla Marketing Specialist
TwogNation is looking for a Guerilla marketer to find ways to surprise and/or unconventionally interact with the customer to promote a product or service.

Your main focus will be our upcoming project. TwogNation is actively developing an online gaming platform. The platform is set to launch early next year and will feature multiple arcade games. It will be a globally available product, but our targeted demographic will be people from the USA. We see you as someone who will be able to tap into the thought process of our future customers and find creative solutions to seek them out.
Work to promote and strengthen the brand by creating and using multiple different online campaigns, and types of content. Create and execute marketing strategies, follow trends and use them to further establish and expand an online relationship with the consumer.
You will work in a team of marketing experts that will help you derive a guerilla strategy, which you will then execute. We see these guerilla marketing strategies as a way to differentiate our product from its competitors. To achieve this we require someone who thinks outside of the box, and is capable of brainstorming new and innovative marketing campaigns. This role is a full time opportunity.
Use personal interaction, and focus on smaller groups of people to promote and recruit promoters that are responsible for getting the word out in a particular location rather than through widespread online media campaigns. This is a full time position.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
▸Use “in-your-face” promotions to spread viral marketing campaigns, and/or “word-of-mouth” to reach broader audience
▸Design, develop and execute ambitious guerrilla marketing campaigns that are new, refreshing and will blow the minds of consumers
▸Manage all aspects of the creative calendar, endorsement schedule, and sourcing for new content.
▸Set times, places, and choose online outlets to conduct campaigns at.
▸Interact with the customer
▸Share promotional content and use it to direct traffic directly to our product
▸Gather information on customer behavior and trends
▸Develop a feel for good timing, viral trends, memes, piggyback on trending topics and individuals
▸Manage a multitude of accounts across various platforms, with a different persona and interaction style at the core
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB:
▸1-3 years experience in (guerilla) marketing or similar skills e.g. growth hacking
▸Understand customer emotional responses, connect with them and use them to further expand and improve future marketing campaigns.
▸Intellectual curiosity and ability to handle ambiguity
▸Exceptional verbal, and written communication.
▸Fluency in English language
▸Excellent time management skills, working under pressure and meeting deadlines
▸Experience in igaming, betting, casino and/or similar industries is a bonus
