TwogNation is looking for a smart and enthusiastic Tech Sales Associate to be a part of our Sales team. You will be responsible for communicating with customers and explaining to them the technical features and functionalities of the company’s product.

The target audience is EU West, Nordics, North America, and other high-level clients across the world that can benefit from our strategic location in Belgrade/Serbia. Additional targets are startups and other strategic partners where our setup can help to push tech costs down, infuse quality of product and secure more funds for product validation instead of bleeding out trying to build MVPs or similar.

▸Conducting in-depth research to identify market opportunities

▸Presenting and negotiating service renewal contacts

▸Communicating product services and warranties to the customer


▸2-4 years experience in sales with proven results

▸Knowledge of terminology used in the Tech industry 

▸Familiarity with the trends and developments in the Sales industry

▸Ability to understand customer emotional responses

▸Excellent technical skills

▸Proven experience in the sales industry

▸Exceptional verbal, and written communication

▸Fluency in English language

▸Excellent time management skills, working under pressure and meeting deadlines
